Danie Edwards, CEO
At a young age, I’ve always had a desire to take care of people. When I was 21, I became a Massage Therapist. It allowed me to help people physically and emotionally. In 2009, I suffered broken bones due to a skiing accident and while being immobile, I put on an excess of 35 pounds. After completing physical therapy I found myself still not 100% recovered.
Once I was able to work, I obtained a Massage therapist position at a medical day spa Arista Medical Day Spa. At the same time, I also got into health and fitness. After creating my own wellness plan to increase flexibility, strength and weight loss program, I decided to become a personal trainer. I wanted to help others live there best life possible, not only by just losing weight but also having the tools to maintain and sustain a healthy lifestyle the duration of their lives.
Knowledgeable
Training Approach
Our trainers take a holistic approach to training. We look at every aspect of the client's life and focus on how that affects their health. We take a comprehensive approach with each trainee by collecting background information: physical health issues, medication, supplement consumption, thought patterns and food consumption.
Our goal is not only to help you achieve an ideal physical image. It's to teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain a certain level of health. This is achieved by teaching you how to eat, exercise correctly & efficiently, and other natural healing modalities such as massage therapy, acupuncture, active release therapy (ART), and chiropractic care.
