Here is the list of modalities and descriptions techniques that we incorporate into a massage session. We have customized each session to meet the needs of each individual client.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage

Most common type of massage used for classical western massage. Generally performed in the direction of the heart, sometimes with active or passive movement of the joints. Manual manipulation of soft tissue of the body through stroking, meeting, or tapping, to increase circulation, to improve muscle tone, and to relax the client.

Deep Tissue Massage

The pressure is firm and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle. Deep Tissue massage is commonly used for chronic aches, pain and conditions such as stiff neck, upper and lower back pain, leg muscle, and tightness in shoulders.

Sports Injury

Sports Massage

Is geared towards athletes of every kind, from professionals to weekend warriors. Sports massage techniques are specific to athletes sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements. Sports massage techniques included deep tissue, trigger point pressure, cross fiber friction and compression.

Back Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A gentle type of massage therapy designed to stimulate your lymphatic system to improve your metabolism, encourage a healthy immune system, and promote the removal of toxins. Lymphatic system gets rid of the fluid, waste and toxins in the body that can cause illness. When toxins build up you may feel fatigue and heavy which makes you more susceptible to sickness.

Prenatal Massage

Carrying a baby inside you changes your center of gravity and puts a lot of stress on your back, neck, stomach muscles and shoulders. With that different combination you end up with a sore back! Prenatal massage
allows you to relax and prepare
for the changes that will occur
soon in your life!
