Personal Training
Our trainers take a holistic approach to training. We look at revel aspect of the clients life and focus on how that effects there health. We take a comprehensive approach with each trainee by collecting background information: physical health issues, medication, supplement consumption, thought patterns and food consumption. The goal is not only to help you achieve a ideal physical image. It's to teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain a certain level of health. This is achieved by teaching you how to eat, exercise correctly/ efficiently, and other natural healing modalities such as massage therapy, acupuncture, active release therapy (ART), chiropractic care.
